Hi all, im another Urbanflavours member jumpin in to add my swingin support

I B 36yrs old and have been involved in rnb/NJS/Soul/Hiphop since 82'.

Im representin Newcastle on tha East coast of OZ !!
I was a paid NJS dancer from 90' to 92' with a NJS troupe that performed up and down the east coast of NSW and Queensland.
Im now involved in promo releases for local DJ's and helping promote local rnb talent from my hometown.

I have a very uptodate rnb collection along with a substantial NJS collection ( though it was huge ,till half was Stolen 5 years back:( )

Thank you for finding your way here -- I'm sure you will enjoy conversing with all the other NJ fans around the world that are taking time out of their day to interact. Wassup man, u have been around for a long long time, haven't ya mate, and right in the thick of the action back in the early 90s. Awesome.

We'll I'm new to these forums too - just joined about a week ago...as u can see I'm a "Mexican" (i.e. south of the border ) so yeah, make no mistake, this place definitely has a big Aussie flava to it, and I think it's great that someone of your knowledge can represent for our country, and show all these great folks from around the world that we knew how to swing back in the day and we still do !

And believe me, there's a lot of people here who really know their s***, so no doubt you will enjoy some high level intellectual discussions on some great music.

yeah i agree whole heartedly wit ya Ruff, back in tha day there was surprisingly a whole heap of peepz from Oz that were NJSer's and still are!!
Alot of us now are in someway involved in RnB ( and still hopin NJS makes a resurgence someday)

I'm sorry mello75, I do know how you feel. I'd resigned myself to the fact that I'd never see any of Jodeci live............... until this. So I do count myself lucky they're coming (so far....!). Now if only they'd bring DeVante and Dalvin too...
