Hey Everyone,
Just wanted to make sure everyone was aware that MAKE YOU SWEAT: THE VERY BEST OF KEITH SWEAT was released last Tuesday and is a fantastic set! It even has the extended version of MAKE IT LAST FOREVER which, if you see my signature, you'll know I'm quite a fan of.
Question for everyone. Is anyone aware of any new Johnny Gill projects coming out? I know LSG2 was released recently, but does anyone have any knowledge of any solo material he may be working on???

Futureboy,
Thanks for joining. Your presence is sincerely appreciated.
As far as I know, Johnny Gill is solidly dedicated to New Edition at present. The LSG project from last June didn't do so well. But I do think that other New Jack acts should perhaps make like LSG did and band together to form supergroups. Like the Troop/Levert combination, or the Guy/Blackstreet combination that was mentioned elsewhere on this message board.
Personally, I enjoyed JG best on his solo album, and on Heart Break. His songs "I'm Still Waiting" and "Maybe" are also career highlights in my opinion...

What a coincidence...I think those are his 2 best songs as well! A New Edition album would be great and all...but his solo work impresses me the most.
