I think most will agree with you Knyte. But I'm a fan of acoustic jazz and somewhat of a Hi-Fi buff myself, so I'm probably a bit biased towards the home stereo stuff. You're right about the studio stuff being the best sound quality though, but we're not that many who have that option.
You know this could actually prove to be an interesting discussion, but it probably belongs in it's own thread.

Heavier D I was born too late aswell, but the good even is we can appeciate The NJS eva and also our kids, younger generations will one day envy that they weren't born in our era of music 8)

LOL! I feel you! I lived thru it and I loved every minute of it!
Every song I listen to from back then, I can always remember what what was happening.

I constantly play the NJ stuff and older R&B or rap music and he will say, Ma, yall had the best music back then! I tell him, there is no comparison to music in this time frame. Now, most of it is just blah, especially rap. R&B is ok.

Are u a fan of Heavy D? IF so, I think his 1st CD Living Large was HOT!
BUT Then again, I like it A LOT cause of AL B sure! singing BACKGROUND VOCALS on DONT YOU KNOW, MONEY EARNING MT VERNON and DEDICATED! :D
