Good day ladies and gentlemen.I found this site by chance and just had to register as this was one era of music that got me up to get down !!!!...I bought so many tunes form this era and always remembr getting down in my living room or cruising the streest in summer with Eddie F productions kicking in my trunk...Hope to keep the sounds alive, chat about those banging tunes and to catch the next party where i can go back in time and sweat it out like i did then....
Thanks and look forward to chatting.

I thought the header was a bit misleading, but that's me.
Speaking of bringing New Jack Swing really back in today's music-scene, why not? I mean, if No Doubt, Kelis, Nelly Furtado can score hits with music that sounds even older than New Jack Swing, why can't that be achieved with New Jack Swing? I heard people here @ NJS4E talking about "we have to move on, if you stick with NJS you're not progressive" and similar opinions. But wouldn't it be great if you had songs with similar BPM like Today's "I Got The Feeling", without it being a copy or something? I know a lot of people like myself who don't like Crunk or that Hyphy sh** (and I don't hear anything progressive in those beats, they were also around 10 years ago), so I've shifted towards soulful music (Soulful Hip Hop, Modern Soul). But wouldn't it be great to hear 2006 New Jack Swing/Swingbeat? I'm not talking about a Teddy Riley production that was created in 2006, because that could be awful (we all know the facts about most of his more recent productions, most of it isn't even worth remembering unless you're a real diehard). Just some tight productions with beats that would make a 100MPH Club member proud..

I wonder what other people's thoughts on this subject are? Maybe it's food for a new topic?
