Well...
Something about me--
I'm a woman in her late twenties, I'm from the North Carolina, and I love to talk about music.
I'm trying to remember how I stumbled onto this website. I think it was when I was conducting research for my MA thesis on hip hop. I was in a nostalgic frame of mind and googled "new jack swing" to see what came up, and I found this site.
I really enjoyed reading the chronology of NJS, the music reviews, and especially the message board, which seems to be the heartbeat of this website.
Some of my fave artists from the 80s and 90s are New Edition, Jodeci, En Vogue, MJB, Guy, and...that's all can think of right now.
