Don't know about lilmissyea, but Stevie has to have an NJS4Ever feed connected directly to his brain. This is how he is able to monitor anything and everything about NJS4E, and respond in all the threads at once. In the real world I imagine he is comatose in one of those Matrix like bath tubs, with wires and such attached up and down his spinal column. Occasionally he will murmur the faintest "yep, yep" under his breath.
