Hoss from old Geocities site

What's up everyone,
All that browsing all these years on the internet, and I finally found my home! This is a great site. Some of you might remember my old geocities Teddy site (before yahoo gobbled it up) that had a productions list on it, as complete as I could make it. The Japan yepyep site is awesome, but there are still some productions missing from it. I think a totally complete list of Ted's work would be harder to find than the holy grail.
Anyway, it's good to read posts from many of you with your hardcore love for Ted's music. Sometimes I feel like the only one in the world who sees Ted's music as the greatest form of music one could ever listen to. (and it doesn't help that I'm a big white guy) Good to know there are others. I also want to mention I am strictly a music lover, not a groupie or fanboy of certain groups or even Ted himself (although I appreciate all Ted has done and respect him as the greatest artist I have ever been exposed to). If Ted is creating his quality and innovative sounds, then it can have an 80 year old nun on vocals for all I care. (as long as Ted is arranging those vocals, of course)
My ultimate goal is to try and own his entire catalogue, a goal that I have spent hundreds of hours trying to achieve sitting on record store floors flipping through boxes upon boxes of non-alphabetized 12" records. I would love a chance to get my list (enhanced by the YepYep site's information) up in a public place, like this site. My goal for posting TR's production list has always been the same...so others can point out what's missing.
What's my favorite track by TR? As any Ted fan knows, you could talk yourself into countless tracks as your favorite. I will say this though, as far as what 12" would I most digitally remastered on cd? How bout those insane mixes from "It's Time". Perfect example of Ted's creativity jamming with clubs and dubs.
I could go on forever, but since i don't know if anyone will even read this,
Peace Out.

bwylie, I'm glad you joined! Hope to hear lots more from you. Just one request: don't forget to mention the performing artists, since not all of us know all songs/titles/artists by heart 8) .

Who's the artist that recorded "It's Time"for instance? I might own this track, but I wouldn't know if I don't know the artist.

Hope to see you around lots and lots more! :D

Peace, DJ Freez'

My bad! "It's Time" is a gospel cut that TR did for The Winans. The remixes were released on 12" with some incredible reworked beats and samples. I also have a video for a Winans concert where Guy is in a balcony seat. Aaron comes down to sing with them on "A friend" and Ted comes down for the finally to add his rap vocals on "It's time". A great capture of the the New Jack era.
