Hi my name is empowered woman It is great to be here and I look forward to reading some of everyone's post especially the music stuff. I love Mintcondition and I like to hear about new and independent bands from all over the country. My new favorite is called Funkilinium they have a web site by the same name and they are great especially of you like Mintcondition eath wind and fire they are inspired by these two great groups.

Glad you found the forum and website, empowered woman.....great name too! That one definately appeals to my way of thinking!
You say you like independent label music. I suppose you are a regular visitor to the
www.cdbaby website then? I think it's a great website for finding good independent label music. Although, it does have some real dodgy stuff on there too!
Also, I gotta agree that Mint Condition are a awesome group!!

Welcome Empowered Woman. I'm a very big fan of Mint Condition...they had style. Can't make up my mind as to my favourite track of theirs though! Lovely name as well.....mello is scared of empowered womwn. Lol

(cool). Infact I like her so much I am going to welcome her a second time!
