what i mean to say about billboard chart is that is really sad you couldn't find any real soul artist included these days. (there are some exceptions...Anita baker..)
i usually buy cd through a site called cdbaby (recommended)

i'm spanish and i just love soul music from 80's & 90's.
i own about 2000 cds but lately i'm not increasing my collection because it's really difficult to find good new realeses. (just have a look at billboard r&b chart and you will find only rap ...
