Njs4ever: The Forum

Well like i tell my poker buddies Mac "I can't guarantee but i'd like to be there". Besides it's kinda creepy for a 30 yr old married man with a kid to go clubbing, isn't it? lol

peeeeeez

Gee, I hope not, I'm 29 and married with 2 puppies (we'll eventually get around to having kids) and I'm ...

aahh bring back those days.

LOL - I guess you're another Melbournian B Love!

If you can get away from your fatherly responsibilities Saturday week (Saturday, August 25) I'm being flown down to Melbourne by the Promoters that run Playground @ Seven in South Melourne for a special guest NJS ...

Hey B Love, congrats on your son! You live on . . . I'm happy for you!

You're so right about how a name can define what sort of person you are, I hope he turns out to be a determined, yet humble sports star like his name-sake.

I hear you on the D Wade comments. He breathed humbleness and humility ...

Hey Psyklops, that was a really interesting read - thanks for that!

I've always really been in Sydney apart from the occassional concert tour etc so I don't know the Melbourne scene at all. The last time I DJ'd in Melbourne was December 1999 when I was tour DJ for the 112 and Allure concert. I ...

Yeah they were like the pioneers when I first got into it. DJ Bobby Love still DJ's as far as I know, and DJ Craig G with Wayne Fernandez used to be the residents at Warehouse nightclub (which is shut down now). From memory Wayne went back to the US...

Sorry Psyklops, was this back in Melbourne ...

Back in the day, I remember DJ's like DJC and DJ Swingbeat - this is going back a few years now... are these guys still around?

Hey Psyklops, I don't remember either of these DJs I'm afraid. The main dude for New Jack in Sydney back in the day was always DJ Nasser T. And he's still the man! He ...

Hey NJS4E Crew, I played at Red Room last night and Bobby didn't have a concert so he came down with his entourage to party. Now I have performed with allot of acts now and played at a respectable number of concert after parties etc - and I can honestly say that I've never come across an artist who ...

Hey. yeah the Bobby Brown concert was off the hook! The Sydney show was a SOLD OUT concert which was awesome! He put on a GREAT show! It's honestly probably the best concert I've ever been to. He's lost some of the range in his voice, but he was such a great performer and charmer of the crowd that ...

Thanks for the welcome back K-Bee and Freez.

If there is anything I can do to help the global NJS community - just holla!

I saw allot of the other introductory threads list favorite New Jack artists and tracks etc. I could run through a stack of artists and tracks both obscure and mainstream, but ...

Hey Psyklops, there are allot of new jack swing things happening in Oz. There is a club called Red Room in Sydney that is an old skool and new jack swing club, it's on every Saturday and usually hits capacity by 9:15pm each week. It's one of the most popular clubs in Sydney, if not THE most popular ...

Hey NJS4E crew, I signed up to the forum maybe 9-12 months ago (maybe longer) and gave the extended intro and background - but the site crashed for a few days after I signed up and when it came back on line my profile was deleted and my introduction thread was gone. :(

Anyway, I received an add ...
